suncrest...

it's spring! i didn't feel the longing for spring in california like i have here. i guess because it's always spring/summer in so cal.

anyway. with spring and sun comes outdoor exercise and biking!

right now, i am loving the move to utah and it's close proximity to the mountains. two recent training/recreational rides are shown below...

the climbing here from my doorstep is heavenly. i'm looking to set up a second road bike so that you can come and visit and ride with me! so come...

also, consider joining our relay team for the saints to sinners ride in july...

Looks like fun. I will have to try getting in a ride with you this summer. It will surely be a trying pace for me and a coast for you, but fun nonetheless.

oh stevie. what could be better than standing up and pounding on your pedals to get up a 10% grade. heart pounding, legs burning and lungs on fire. especially when you could just get in your car and travel the same road in a fraction of the time...
